AeroOps Consulting LLC is an aerospace operations consulting firm founded by Clint May. My background spans multiple levels of leadership in aerospace manufacturing — including quality, operations, continuous improvement, and General Manager experience — giving me a hands-on understanding of the pressures your team faces every day. I hold Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Green Belt certifications and completed Executive Champion training, and I bring a background in organizational psychology to how I approach change, because improvements only last when they're built around how people actually work. I started AeroOps Consulting to bring that same operating rigor to aerospace manufacturers looking to increase capacity, improve delivery performance, and build operations that scale profitably.
